This cute download is designed to stick to a mirror, so that tamariki see the affirmations around their faces when they look in the mirror.
Simply print the files on coloured paper, laminate them and tape them around a mirror.
You can put these around the mirrors in the bathrooms, or around a mirror in your classroom.
You can also practice saying these affirmations with kids. Line them up and have them look into the mirror and choose an affirmation to say. They could choose one from the list provided or something else positive about themselves.
Don't forget to model doing it yourself!
