Start the conversation...
These reflection sheets are a good place to start the conversation about others matter. Challenge your students to reflect honestly about the way they interact with others around them, both those inside and outside of their group.
Are they showing that others matter? Or do they making others feel excluded. Often we can make others feel like they don't matter without being aware of it.
Once students are able to reflect on their own attitudes towards others, they are better equipped to identify and stand up against othering behaviors.
